Slow & Steady

I found this at The Fresh Market when one of the staff told me about it. I drank a bottle a day for about three weeks before noticing any difference. Just two days ago, I realized I was walking down the stairs quickly, and without sore legs. That’s when I realized it was working! I came to the site thinking I’ll get a large pack, only to find it’s out of stock until 2025. And I know why: it really does work. Will definitely continue using this!

Seems to work? Might be placebo. Unsure - been drinking after workouts and on days I'm extra sore. Tastes pretty good
