First Order 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1. If you're not satisfied with your first order you've made with us, you can get a refund with no return required. Simply contact our Customer Service Team at (888) 304-9784 or weactuallycare@dosedaily.co within 30 days of receipt of your first order and we'll refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment. (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.)

   • Customers must include in their refund request:
     • Order Number;
     • Full Name and Address;
     • Photos and/or videos of the issue; and
     • Reason for the return

1. No more than one money-back guarantee refund is allowed per product per person per address.

2. Money back guarantee will only apply to the first purchase of one (1) 3-pack purchase of our 16 oz; or one (1) 6-pack purchase of our 16 oz; or one (1) 24-pack purchase of our 2oz; or one (1) purchase of our 6-pack Bundle.

3. Orders that are past the 30 days are not eligible for a refund. This policy is only applicable to products ordered from our website. The guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.We reserve the right to deny a refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine in our sole discretion that our money-back guarantee policy is being abused including but not limited to multiple refund requests. If multiple requests are submitted by the same person or from the same address, only the first request will be considered.

Defective or Incorrect Items

1. We strive to get it right every time! We apologize in advance if you received a product that did not meet our stringent quality standards or was not the product you ordered. In this case, please contact our customer service team within ten days of receipt of your product and we will arrange for a replacement for you at no additional cost to you.

Minimum Cycle Subscriptions

For customers enrolled in a minimum cycle subscription (3, 6, or 15 billing cycles), the following terms apply:

• Contractual Obligation: Enrollment in a 3, 6, or 15-cycle plan constitutes a binding agreement to complete the full number of billing cycles selected.

• Cancellation Restrictions: These subscriptions are ineligible for cancellation or "change of mind" refunds until the final charge of the minimum commitment period has been successfully processed.

• Automatic Renewal: Upon completion of the final minimum cycle payment, the subscription automatically renews for a subsequent term of the same length unless canceled prior to the next scheduled billing date.

• Refund Eligibility: The "First Order 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" is limited to the first shipment of the initial commitment. All subsequent payments required to fulfill the mandatory commitment period are non-refundable.
