Huge improvement!

Ive been buying Dose cholesterol shots from my local grocery store for the past 3 months. In december my LDL came back at 247 and my total cholesterol 343. I didnt want to take medication but knowing I had to try something I took dose twice a day up to 3 days before my follow appointment I stopped to get a fully accurate reading. Well the results are in my ldl has dropped to 165 and my total cholesterol has dropped to 267. I still have work to do but this is definitely a huge step in the right direction. I will continue taking dose and check again in 3 months!
