I tried Dose 6 months to a year ago. Then stopped. I could really tell a difference when not taking it. So I’m subscribed and have received my second order. I’m on my fourth bottle. I've only been using it a few weeks. I think I feel better but I'm not really sure what if I could say definitively that it's helping, but I am hoping.
